I have two problems: 
1) My apartment is really disorganized 
2) I lost my weed. 

My proposal: 
Come help me organize my apartment. When we find my stash, you can keep half of it. Your share is worth about $100. I figure this way I get my apartment organized and I can find my weed faster. 

Let me say the important part again. You only get half. If you walk away from the job and I don’t have my bag of weed, I will know you took the whole thing. 

I don’t want any pothead motherfu**ers stealing my weed so please respond with: 
a) how many times a month you smoke 
b) a picture of you smoking (so I know you’re not a cop) 

Also, I would prefer girls, the elderly, or disabled people (but not too disabled to help me move shit around), because then if you try to steal my weed I can chase you down before you get away.
